1. General

Wyrdweavers.se is operated by the company Acella AB, corporate registration number 559179-0810 (VAT nr: SE559179081001)

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of digital services provided by Acella AB (“we”, “us”).

By booking and paying for a service, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Acella AB offers digital sessions in shamanic energy medicine and conscious coaching.

The sessions are conducted remotely, usually via Zoom.

The services are of a personal development nature and do not constitute healthcare, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in [SEK/EUR] and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made via:

  • Swish
  • PayPal

Payment must be made in connection with booking unless otherwise agreed.

4. Booking and booking confirmation

Bookings are made via our website, email or booking system.
An agreement is considered concluded when the booking has been confirmed via email or booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation and rebooking

  • Cancellation or rebooking must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
  • If cancelled later than 24 hours, or in case of non-participation, the full fee will be charged.
  • Rebooking is subject to availability.

6. Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, when booking digital services with a fixed time, you agree that the service will begin at the agreed time, and that the right of withdrawal thus ends when the session has been completed or begun.

7. Complaints

If you believe that the service has not been delivered as agreed, you must contact us in writing without undue delay.

Complaints are assessed individually.

Any refund will only be made if the service has not been performed or in the event of a material breach of contract.

8. Illness

In case of customer illness
In case of acute illness, rebooking can be offered, provided that you notify us as soon as possible.

In the event of our illness
If we need to cancel a session, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

9. Limitation of liability

You are responsible for how you use the insights and experiences from the sessions.

Acella AB is not responsible for indirect damages or consequences of decisions made after a session has been completed.

10. Intellectual property rights

All material provided in connection with the services is the intellectual property of Acella AB and may not be distributed, copied or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. Alternatively, disputes shall be settled by a Swedish general court.
