From head to heart \u2013 my journey home to the body<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n

You probably know the quote that the longest and most difficult journey we can take is 50 cm long and goes from the head down to the heart?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For me, who for most of my life has lived in my mind, thought logically, planned and tried to be in control \u2013 that journey has been both challenging and life-changing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

My journey home to my body is a journey I have been on for the past few years, and one that I continue to do \u2013 over and over again, daily, both for myself and in my work with clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have always been curious about the mysterious and felt a pull to something deeper, something has been missing from me, but I haven't known what.<\/p>\n

When I came into contact with kundalini activation, I had my first contact with what I had been missing.<\/p>\n

I came home.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The experience of feeling the life force moving in my body, feeling that something greater was leading was a shift for me, I gained a new worldview. There was no place for the mind, it had to step aside and become an observer. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Through energy activations, portals were opened in my body and my intuition, something that has been crucial for my continued energy work.<\/p>\n

I began to experience how my inner compass had always been there, deeply rooted in my body. When I started listening to it, everything changed \u2013 my choices, my direction, and my relationship with myself.<\/p>\n

Along with the growth of intuition, a longing for more also grew, and I began to feel an inner calling knocking. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The inner guidance led me further \u2013 to energy medicine, to Seidr. <\/strong><\/p>\n

There I gained an understanding of how energy and magic work through us, how they can transform old patterns and blockages in our subconscious and in our energy body \u2013 how we can heal deeply.<\/p>\n

Energy medicine has also given me a strong trust. Trust in my power and my own ability, but also trust in the guidance of the universe, in magic.<\/p>\n

It is that trust that I want to convey to my clients, to assist them as they find their way home to their body, to their strength and their inner wisdom. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Being able to follow a client's development over time, seeing when someone begins to believe in themselves and their power - that's what gives my work meaning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

My calling is to be a part of YOUR journey, to assist you in your healing.<\/p>\n

I feel immense gratitude and humility for life and the magic that continues to guide me on my journey into my body, home to me.<\/p>\n

Because even though the path from head to heart is both demanding and challenging, it is so worth it!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
